Project Management

Acting on the client’s behalf to coordinate the various activities necessary to progress a project. Working closely with the client organisation to finalise the brief and other design parameters, preparation of appointment documentation for design team members, managing the design progress to the appointment of a contractor, liaison during the construction process. Regular and systematic reporting to the client.
