Reorganisation and extension of the exhibition/performance venue creating additional event space and breakout suites, new entrances and improved internal circulation. Outline masterplanning studies for the interface with the extension of the town’s commercial centre incorporating the approach to the venue and new hotels, leisure and retail facilities. Ongoing feasibility studies for further venue expansion and rationalisation.
